Jesus Loves Me

那天下午，我在游泳池看著女兒學游泳，
心想：「童年時，我也是這樣學游泳的吧！」
童年轉眼就過去了，
幸而我的記性特別好，對童年的回憶，印象很深。
我記得那時因為年齡太輕不能上主日學，所以在成人崇拜時要留在牧師房填顏色；
我記得有次有個教會裡的大哥哥把我抱到很高的櫃檯上，然後問我愛主耶穌多點還是手指上的小指環多點；
我記得崇拜後的茶點有熱茶和潮洲粉果；
我記得在幼稚園的聖母和耶穌像下禱告，然後把小小的一片心形紙放在花圃裡；
我記得上聖堂的樓梯很高很斜；
我記得大哥哥大姊姊們有舊曲新詞的詩歌創作晚會，但我因為冇份唱歌眼紅紅，誰知被人發現了而無端端被抱了上台，結果我傻更更地唱了“月光光”（好瘀啊！）；
我記得我好奇那一小片白白的聖餐餅究竟是甚麼味道（結果是無味的！）；
我記得，我第一篇聽的道是有四個人拆屋頂，要把癱子吊落去找耶穌醫治的故事（該是坐在媽媽或爸爸大脾上聽的）；
我還記得 “耶穌愛我我知道，因有聖經告訴我。。。”這首歌，因我的女兒也在唱。
就這樣，這首 "Jesus loves me" 是在游泳池寫的。
「耶穌愛我」是我童年裡，聽到最最最最重要的一句話。
因為，這是我日後生命中的支柱，是我沮喪時的鼓勵，傷心或害怕時的安慰，也是每一次跌倒後可以爬起來再上路的力量。
今天早上，和六歲的小女兒靈修，短短的早餐時間，我們讀上帝給挪亞的應許。我問小悅：「天父應許你甚麼？」眼仔碌碌的她說："He will keep me safe…" 我對她說：“Yes He promised to watch over us. He also promised us that He will never leave us nor forsake us." 最重要的是: “He loves us!"
耶穌的愛，是一份愛就愛到底的愛。當我讀到 “...when Jesus knew that his hour had come to depart out of this workd to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end." (John 13:1), 然後讀到耶穌為門徒洗腳，我的心就被溶化了。我想，我最最最最想我的孩子可以一世擁有的，也該是這一句：「耶穌愛我」。
